Dear Sir,

I have installed a watersoftner from kemore. It worked well and the water ring in my toilet disappeared. But recently, the ring came back. I called Sears ( the SW still in waranty) but the contractor sent
uncertified persons to do service, who does not the machine and tell me the WS is OK. Please tell me what to do.
