Shower replacement

We have a tile shower (32x38) that needs to be rebuilt. Most of the wood behind the sheetrock has extensive water damage and must be replaced. This will not effect 90% of the shower. However, the home was built over 30 years ago and we are unable to find tile to match. We have considered removing the entire shower and starting over, but that seems to be cost prohibitive. The door way leading from the master bedroom to the bath is only 32" wide so a fiberglass kit is out of the question. We've looked at other "kit" options, but most of the pans have the drain in a different place.

Do you have any suggestions?
