Best Electric Heat Option For Log Home

I am building a log home on a lake in northern NJ. Electricity is my only possible power source( no natural gas, propane or oil) and I am looking for the most efficient(cheapest to run, though it may not be the cheapest to install) heating system for this climate. I can't do a geothermal heat pump(solid rock, and no way to get a drilling rig in). Is my best bet an air source heat pump with forced air, or a radiant in floor hydronic system driven by an electric furnace? Or something else? Help!!!!
