That is the air vent and until you open it, or replace the vent with one that works, and let the air out, the radiator will not work. : i have recently moved house. The radiators in all the rooms work fine except in the spare bedroom. There seems to be nowhere to turn it on from except a small screw in the top right hand end. This is done up so tight that i don't want to force it open. All our other radiators have valves at the bottom of the radiator. Please help
