Terry is correct, in that the radiators need to be bled periodically. If there are any high points in the piping, air will also be trapped there. : Well it's Sunday -- and as usual I have received my plumber's message machine. My problem is that I have baseboard hot water heat. I have hot water coming out of my faucets (I have no hot water heater my furnace makes hot water) but I have no heat. My husband says the pipes need to be bled. I have found several pieces of pipe with places to do this. Do I need to bleed all of them -- and if so how much?
