I bought a new house last year. The previous owner said that I should check the sump pump oil level. I opened it up the sump pump hole today. A lovely sight I might add! The pump was dry or had no oil level that I could see. It is a Hydr-O-Matic model SP-40. I had oil from the proevious owner but not enough to fill the motor. Does anyone know where I can find out what weight of oil to use for this sump pump |
