Did you see that they are making the Morris again, starting next month I believe : I was stationed in Germany in the early sixties. I was driving my Morris Minor down the autobahn one day at top speed (71 mph) when I was passed by the vehicle you describe, the venerable Messerschmidt. This sucker had to be doing eighty-plus. (What's that, 140 klicks?) That car was amazing . . . the entire airplane going down the road, fore and aft cockpit and all -- sans wings. : John
