I usually scrape the washer out and then the screw can be removed with a pair of pliers. : Help! I was trying to change the washer on my leaky shower faucet and once I got the handle off, I was trying to unscrew the washer and the screw was so old that it crumbled and the screw head is now broken. I can't unscrew the washer. What do I do now?
