My house is 45 years old. The water pressure in the entire house is not great, but it is worst in the shower, sometimes limited to almost a trickle. I am wondering if increasing the size of my pipes will help. At times I get a hissing noice but does not last. Also get occasional banging. The faucets in the house are not bad, but not great either. Town says it's because we are situated on hill, but neighbors have better pressure. Help!?
