briggs toilet

I have a briggs toilet (3 gal.tank)and it's a 11yrs old and the fill tube is leaking, And it has 3 screws on. I think I need new rubber gaskets or new fill tube. I live in Calif. and I'm have a hard time finding parts for it or even finding a new fill tube. Can you tell me where I can get the the parts I need?? thank you for any help you can give me. Ed
