I hope this is not a stupid question. Does anyone know if there is a problem using pvc or cpvc piping with treated city water? A local plumber who installed our hook-up to the city water system says the cpvc pipimg glued joints will deteriorate and leak in a year, or so. If this is true, how come the stores are full of this material? |
