New rental property has hot water in toilet tank (minimize condensation). Valve has large screwdriver slot that is quite thick. Does this valve require a special tool? Couldn't quite get my biggest screwdriver to work. Also, presume to close, the valve needs to be turned clockwise. Also has retaining ring -- turn valve with retaining ring on or off? Thanks -- Ron |
