Vibration in my pipes

I am wondering what to call and how to fix a problem I am having. Basically we have a large vibration in the pipes. It only happens when we do not have anything running. It just starts vibrating. The pump is not running now is anything else. What copuld this be? The pipes are CPVC with a pressure of around 50 PSI. Thank you Dan
