| In response to Re: Buying a house with roots in sewer lines? | |

: Hi, : I am buying my first home, and am looking at two places. One is $10,000 cheaper, but it has had a roots in sewer lines problem and has been rotor-rooted every two years to keep sewers from backing up. So is this a BIG problem? Would we eventually have to dig up and replace the sewer lines? Is this going to cost us a lot in yearly maintenance? Any help would be so very much appreciated! Karen Karen, |
