It works by pulling it up and you fix it by unscrewing it and buying a new one. : I need some help in fixing a the spigot on my tub. I am unable to pullt he handle up on the spigot in order to divert water to the shower head. It is stuck and I can not release it. How does this thing work and how do yo fix it. thanks
