: I previously had a leak that got worse after time from my kitchen faucet. It was only the hot water. No matter how tight you turned it off it owuld not stop leaking. I just replaced it and now a week later it is doing the exact same thing. The hot water leaks no matter how tight you shut it off. It is a two handle faucet of generic brand and I am wondering if I can take the handle off and tighten it some how. They seem to unremovable. I have decided that I should install a good brand name faucet and remove the generic one.
