In response to Re: 2 identical low flow sterling toilets - one not flushing well.
: I have a newly constructed 2 bath home with an identical sterling low flow toilet in each bathroom. My septic tank and drainfield are also new. The toilet in the spare bathroom (farthest from septic tank) flushes fine. The toilet in the master bathroom (closest to the septic tank) started out fine, but now after just a few weeks of being in the house, it almost always refuses to flush all of the water from the bowl unless I hold down the handle through the entire flush. I plan to call the plumber back to take a look, but I want to be well informed before he arrives in case he tries to feed me a line of bull. Any advice would be appreciated.

: Thanks,
: Robert

Robert,
The flapper, flapper chain, or the fill valve are not adjust correctly. Simple fix. Your plumber will be able to repair easily.
