Usually the pipe is run to a roof ventilation vent and stuck into it. : I am selling my 20 year old home. I have Broan combination heating and ventilating fans in all four baths. The buyer's home inspector says that all must be vented into the soffits and not just into the attic. I live in Tennessee. Is this true? Thank you
