Frank:---could it be that there is a kink or other obstruction preventing the refill tube from delivering sufficient water to reprime the bowl? It is also possible that the ballcock is defective. There should be adequate flow during the tank fill to also fill the bowl properly. If it is a Fluidmaster ballcock replace the flow control washer and see if that improves the condition...Bud |
