I replaced a toilet tank "ball float" with a one piece (integral float) tank mechanism. However, I seem to have only approximately 1/2 the water level in the bowl that I had before. What controls the water level in the bowl? Is it the flapper, or is there a bypass that allows water to the bowl after the flapper drops down? Thanks in advance! |
