Also think about having your water pressure at your meter checked; in our area, the pressure was increased to 100+ psi in order to accomodate new development, without warning. This is when we experienced numerous washer failures. If this is the case, you need to check into installing a pressure reducing valve. With us, the washers were failing on 3 faucets, but one in particular, FYI.
