For what ever reason the person who built our house for the original owners set the toilet flange 2 1/2 inches below the level of the concrete basement floor. I recently discovered this when we decided to replace the vinyl floor in the bathroom. The flange is glued ABS. I tried stacking three wax rings but it still did'nt seal. Any suggestions? |
