CPVC solvent smell

I plumbed a bathroom using cpvc and cpvc solvent for potable water use. When I turn on the shower, I get a quick whiff of the "solvent" smell then it dissipates. The shower was plumbed about a month ago, and really hasn't been used much. Has any other cpvc users experienced this? Can I expect this issue to disappear in the near future, with increased use? thanks in advance
