Did you replace the flapper mechanism at the bottom? That will stick to the flush valve, after it is a certain age, and then will bend the lever mechanism before it start to flush. : : The flush handle assembly for my Kohler Wellworth toilet seems so springy that when the flush mechanism is pushed down, sometimes it needs to be held for a second or two before it flushes. : : I have replaced the assembly, but this doesn't seem to help (also I fiddled with the chain settings). : : The problem seems to be that the assembly is long and plastic and flexes too much. : : Any suggestions
