Raising water pressure in an old house

I just bought an old house in a nice residential neighborhood. Sadly, the water service there has
low pressure from the street, due to an old service
that has not been replaced. I'm putting a jacuzzi
on the third floor and I need enough pressure to
carry hot water up there.

Are there "store and forward" mechanisms for raising
pressure in the house? The house is undergoing renovation anyways and has a large basement.
