Wall hung toilet with concealed (in wall) water closet

I am remodleing a bath and have ripped out everything to exposed studs. We would like a wall mount toilet (white) with a concealed water closet that has a sleek look and works well. My first assumption is that it will not be inexpensive - I am resigned to above normal costs... What are the options? What are the mounting requirements? Thanks for your input - Kevin
