The Ultimate series, because of the added height, performs better.� Many hotels are using the Toto Ultimate lines as their standard spec.� The powerful siphon jet flushing action, works well with either the round or elongated bowls.� The elongated would be my preference.

The Supreme series performs very well, just not quite as well as the Ultimate. I wouldn't expect any problems with the Supreme.
