Steak knife broke In-Sink-erator

Wife accidentally dropped a plastic handled steak knife into our new Insinkerator disposal. I safely retrieved all of the pieces, but now it makes a terrible ratteling noise.

Disassembled it and noticed the main rotating plate is bent. Should this happen from one jam?

Where can I get a replacement part without buying a whole new disposal, again? :-)
