Can any one help me with my qest polybutylene water line brake. It costing me over $3000.00 to have to dig the ground and replace the pipe which my home owner policy does not cover. my house was build in 1/90 and I tried with consumer plumbing recover center. They told that it only covered for 10 years. Who do I appeal for this matter. Thank you for future assistance. |
