If you have found one and it only costs $70.00, buy it. The other option is to contact a Briggs fixture dealer and see if they have the conversion hinge that lets you use a conventional seat. : We have two 30 year old Case wall mounted toilets. I finally fixed the toilet running problem (which is bad on a cistern, my 83 year old mother emptied here cistern moer than once) with flapper valve form Fluidmaster (sp?). : But now she cracked a seat. I have seen one for about $70. Anyoe have any cheaper fixes? It bolts to the back, not down. So usual seats don't seem to work. : Sure someone else has had these problems. : Thanks in advance. : PS I am not ready to bite the whole replacement bullet. : Sorry if this has been covered. I looked.
