Since it is a closed system, the up and down dimensions are irrelevent. The only thing the pump has to do is move the water, so just about any circulator will work. If the distances were quite long, then you would need a high head pump, but that does not apply to your situation. You will want a thermostat to control it so that the hotter boiler water does not overheat the water in the water tank.
: sorry the boiler has a seperate hot water coil within the boiler. totally seperate fromthe heating system. the system (heating ) has propylent gycol , so thats a no-no. the pipes has total rise 4 ft. and tranverse 10 ft. and down to the hot water heater .
