I am very serious. It seems we have had a leak in our walls since the house was built. Water only made it to the outside a few weeks ago. The piece of pipe that broke out was found on a 2x4 in the framing about a foot from the pipe. Insulation was found stuffed inside the hole in the pipe. Insurance company has refused to pay for the damage. We want to sue the builder, but are getting different causes from different people. Could a drain line freeze and bust a hole out that big even when there is never any standing water in the pipe?
Thanks for your input
