: How can I bend 2" PVC pipe using a heat gun? Only a slight curved bend is needed, less than 40 degrees. Cut it with a handsaw. Buy a 1/8th, 1/16 bend or a 22 degree bend and glue it in place depending on the amount of radius needed. (an eighth bend is an eighth of a circle or 45 degrees) If you heat it with a heat gun, you'll weaken the sidewall and make it brittle. |
