Minimum Clearance from Flange Bolts to Bowl Rim

I need a 14" Rough-in toilet that has the minimum clearance from the flange to the front. The original toilet was a wall mounted one that the previous people replaced with a 12" rough in a 14" rough space. The round bowl is much too close to the tub, making for an uncomfortable experience. What toilets are available for me? I saw an ad for the movie -- "My Dog Skip" -- where the dog is looking at an old fashioned toilet that looks like the bowl sits directly above the waste drain. Is thins toilet available? Thanks!
