: Whenever I turn the outdoor faucet on part way there is an incredible squeeling noise which goes away on full pressure or bare minimum. Can I repair this and if so how, or does this require a plumber's expertise?

Sounds like a loose faucet washer. Not too hard to fix. Pull the stem out and bring the part down to the hardware store to check replacement size. Terry
