|In response to Re: toilet water heater|
Disclaimer: I'm a do-it-yourselfer, not a plumber. Typically a small mixing-tee is installed. This mixes a little hot with the cold water to temper it. There are also kits to insulate the inside of the tank with foam.
: does anyone know if there is such a thing as a battery (or elec) operated toilet tank water heater?? in the summer time we have a serious condensation problem off our toilet tank. every time we flush new cold water enters the tank and the warm air in the house causes incredible condensation, which thens drips on the wood floor. i would be interested in any ideas except lining the tank with foam insulation, its only a 1.6 gal as it is, if we displace any water with foam, it may never flush. thanx al
