New Shower on Concrete Floor - Another Question

Ok,
So, when I cut the concrete floor out and re-locate the shower drain to the proper location for the new shower, is it possible
to use the existing trap and just move the drain by using 2 elbows and a length of horizontal pipe?
Any thoughts on this, particularly the slope needed for the piece of horizontal pipe. I've attached a picture that will hopefully
illustrate my idea.
