I have an outside faucet that makes a medium pitched "Hmmmmm" noise whenever it is under pressure. During free flow or in the off position, the noise stops, but if I put backpressure on the line like a slow drip system for my garden, the whining noise returns and continues all day long until I turn off the faucet. I can feel tiny vibrations all the way back into my house in the pipes for the kitchen and bathrooms. There are two outside faucets, but only one of them does this...
Please help me resolve this extremely annoying problem.
