I have two toilets that were put in during the late 70's.
Both toilets seem to be leaking at the flapper and the water seems to run every minute for about 20 -30 seconds. I have replaced both flappers at least once and sometimes the problem gets worse. I can't seem to ID the problem. I would appreciate your advice.
