: How much water pressure is needed to flush the Toto? Can if be flushed with NO water pressure by hand filling the tank?

The Toto Ultramax will fill with quite low pressure. If you are filling the toilet by hand in the Winter, it will still flush fine. This is a gravity system, using the large 3" flapper flush valve. Terry
