Both hot and cold sides have embarrasingly low flow rates. Faucet is one of the all-in-one hose/spigot jobs, Moen I think. Is there anything in them that might result in a low flow (and pressure)? Exterior silcock fed from same cold water line has reasonable flow and pressure. Thanks |
