: Thanks for the sound advice. I have read the message loud and clear and I will consult a plumber on this one. It is hard to admit ignorance on this subject because I have done so much already and have overcome a lot of obstacles to get this far. I know that with a little help from a pro that I could tackle this one two, but I don't want to make a mistake here.
