Install the backer board first and then the mud bed pan will hold it in place. The curb can be nailed down, since the water will be approaching the overflow level by that time. : I have installed a vinyl shower pan and curb. Next step is to lay the mud bed over the liner. My questions : are: : 1) Do I carry the mud bed up the walls and over the curb since no nails are supposed to be below the : curb height?
