LOVE Plumbing & Remodel does complete bathroom remodel in addition to Rough-In Plumbing for homeowners and other contractors.

A typical bath remodel contract on a standard sized 5' x 8' bath would look like this:

Main bath remodel
demo and dispose of existing bath fixtures and fittings.
Install:
1- tub, white steel, 60x30x14, non skid floor
1- tub valve Moen Posi-Temp #L2357, chrome ( $125.00 )
1- soap and shampoo holder, venetian marble, (standard colors)
1- venetian marble tub surround, 59" wide x 32" deep x 60" high
1- shower door, obscure with chrome
1- toilet, Toto CST744S-01 Drake, white, with Bemis 1500PRO seat,
1- lav faucet, Moen 4920 chrome ( $95.00 each )
1- Merillat Cabinets VBD36 Springbrook cabinet, 36"
1- lav top, venetian marble,37" x 22" with molded bowl,with splashes.
1- fan light combo Broan #678 50 CFM 2.5 sones, located above toilet, vented to outside, switched near door.
1- 36"x30" mirror
Armstrong vinyl floor Stairstep Solarian or equal, 2" rubber floor base

Replace galv water lines with copper pipes. new stops and supply tubes.
install owner's towel bars, light fixture and paper holder.
Drywall as needed, taped and sanded, paint ready.

All changes to above work will be authorized in writing before continuing. Price excludes; Sales tax, painting.

We propose to furnish material and labor - complete in accordance with above specifications for the sum of: $5,999.00 subtotal $527.91 sales tax $6,526.91 total

Payment to be made as follows: 50% down to start, balance on completion. 1-1/2% interest per month on unpaid balance over 30 days. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance.
