anyone heard of this toilet?

First post here...
I'm finding that the best solution for my small bath is a corner toilet. Has anyone heard anything about this one?

As always with one-off's and hard to name mfr's....I'd wonder what kind of flushing valve is it? Are parts readily available? What's the MAP score?
