Insulation question

I need advice on how to insulate a small bathroom. Two of the walls are opposite exterior walls. The walls are finished and I would like to cause as little damage as possible.

I am a beginner, but I am willing to take on any task.

remove the sheetrock and insulate. Put up new sheetrock.
