Intermittant hot water.

I've gone to great lengths to try and have direct runs to each fixture requiring hot water. I've also tried to wrap all the pipes to hold the heat. Still not satisfactory. This is a pic near the HW tank. I can include more pix near the fixtures but it's a little embarrassing because the work isn't as neat there.

That is some beautiful work there by golly! I think you should enter that in the Pig Slop Contest.
