IF all the drainage was preinstalled, AND that center point was were they assumed the connection would be, then ALL the piping would have sloped to that point. IF that was so, and the "lower" portion was not removed and reinstalled properly, THAT section is flowing backwards and WILL be the reason you have problems.

Good question. We need to find out. But if the plumber can get it all replaced and up to code, that should do it. I'll mention the slope part to him, and thanks to those of you who mentioned that possibility.

No, it's a UBC ( universal building codes ) modular house. It can be installed on a mobile home lot or a foundation.
