I have a wizard citation hot water heater in an old farm house. I believe one or both elements are not functioning properly. Can I purchase replacement elements anywhere? Any information greatly appreciated.

You can contact the manufacturer and see about parts.

If you can't find the mfg's number: You can turn power off, empty the water heater tank, remove the elements (you need an 1-1/2" socket), then go looking for replacement of the same kind at plumbing supply places.

Or: If the heater is kind of old (more than 10, 15 years), throwing money, time and effort at it would be a waste. Just replace it.
