I am looking for advice on a toilet with the smallest width and depth but also low water consumption. I'm comfortable with Toto and can create a 10" rough in (since the width of the room is very tight) if needed. Any advice for a model with specs.? Any reason not to do the 10" rough-in?

    Most toilets are 12"
The 10" bowls tend to cost more, and most don't take up less space.
The bowls with thin tanks to allow for a 10", are long in the first place.

A round bowl is typically 26.5" at the shortest, with some being 28-1/4" long.
When you look at the spec sheets, also look at the space behind the tank, but give yourself some margin so you don't have to remove drywall.

The minimum space for a toilet is 30" in the building code. You still have arms.
Measure yourself from elbow to elbow.

The Toto Drake round front is 26.5" with a tank wider then the bowl
The Toto Aquia elongated is 27-1/4" long with a tank that is about the same width as the bowl.

And there are others that can be found too.

Thanks. When the door is closed, there is plenty of arm width. I'm a bit tight from wall (tank) to the tip of the bowl as the wall parallel to the tank wall is tight. I'll check out the Drake, thanks!
